Curriculum Developer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Curriculum Developer specializing in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE). In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating existing preschool textbooks from various top publishers, analyzing their strengths and gaps, and synthesizing that research to develop fresh, highly engaging, and pedagogically sound content for our upcoming preschool publication line (Playgroup, Nursery, LKG, UKG).

The ideal candidate understands how young children learn, knows the current market trends, and can create content that aligns with modern early childhood frameworks (like the NCF-FS / NEP 2020 guidelines).

Key Responsibilities

• Competitor & Publisher Evaluation: Review and analyze preschool books from various publishers to assess content structure, thematic flow, visual-to-text ratio, and activity engagement levels.
• Content Creation & Modification: Develop original, age-appropriate content for rhymes, phonics, literacy (English), numeracy (Maths), General Awareness (EVS), and art/craft worksheets.
• Pedagogical Alignment: Ensure all content promotes experiential learning, fine/gross motor skills, cognitive development, and socio-emotional learning (SEL).
• Curriculum Mapping: Create structured syllabus blueprints and teacher lesson plans that accompany the student books.
• Design Collaboration: Brief graphic designers and illustrators on visual concepts, layout ideas, and specific imagery required to make the pages intuitive for non-reading children.
• Quality Assurance: Proofread and fact-check all content to ensure it is error-free, culturally appropriate, and perfectly leveled for ages 2 to 6 years.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
