Legal Manager – Home Loans (Non-Litigation) ( Pune)

Function: Business Legal - Housing Finance
Qualification: LL.B – Mandatory
Experience: 2–3 Years
CTC : 6 to 7 Lac.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal due diligence and title verification for home loan proposals
- Scrutinize property documents, ownership chain, and encumbrance reports
- Provide legal opinions for mortgage creation and property eligibility
- Draft, vet, and manage loan and mortgage documentation
- Ensure compliance with applicable property laws, housing finance regulations, and internal policies
- Coordinate with empaneled advocates for property verification and legal reports
- Review and monitor the quality of work delivered by legal vendors and panel lawyers
- Identify potential legal risks and recommend mitigation measures prior to loan disbursement
- Track and ensure timely completion of Post-Disbursement Documents (PDD)
- Support credit, business, and operations teams with legal guidance
- Conduct legal awareness and training sessions for branch and sales teams
