Qualification: LL.B – Mandatory

Experience: 2–3 Years

CTC : 6 to 7 Lac.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal due diligence and title verification for home loan proposals
• Scrutinize property documents, ownership chain, and encumbrance reports
• Provide legal opinions for mortgage creation and property eligibility
• Draft, vet, and manage loan and mortgage documentation
• Ensure compliance with applicable property laws, housing finance regulations, and internal policies
• Coordinate with empaneled advocates for property verification and legal reports
• Review and monitor the quality of work delivered by legal vendors and panel lawyers
• Identify potential legal risks and recommend mitigation measures prior to loan disbursement
• Track and ensure timely completion of Post-Disbursement Documents (PDD)
• Support credit, business, and operations teams with legal guidance
• Conduct legal awareness and training sessions for branch and sales teams
