About the job

At MIGSO-PCUBED, we have been specializing in project management consulting / PMO for 30 years. We support our customers with our expertise and versatility.

As part of the development of its Toronto hub, MIGSO-PCUBED is looking for a PMO working in the aerospace industry.

Your next challenge:

  • Oversee all project workstreams, including design, data migration, testing, compliance, training, and go-live.
  • Ensure the project follows program governance, methodology, and quality standards, while maintaining transparency on status, risks, and decisions.
  • Build the internal team, identify skill gaps, onboard members, and propose external resources or budget needs as required.
  • Co-create a detailed project plan with the integrator, organize workshops, and ensure knowledge transfer of the Core Model.
  • Facilitate workshops to roll out the Core Model, assess local requirements, and ensure alignment with the model’s reuse principles.
  • Coordinate activities with integrators and stream leads, track progress, manage risks, and escalate issues when necessary.

Who are you?

  • You have hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation or deployment, particularly in industrial, manufacturing, or supply-chain-intensive environments, preferably on pharmaceutical or life sciences (GxP).
  • You have strong project management skills (planning, risk management, issue resolution) and ability to drive accountability in complex, multi-stream delivery models within organizations.
  • You demonstrate leadership, coordination, and coaching skills, with the ability to challenge integrators and manage global and local stakeholders.
  • You have fluent English and (French is an asset), with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to navigate global teams.
  • You have the ability to navigate complexity, ambiguity, and regulated environments, ensuring effective collaboration and project success.

What to expect during the recruitment process?

  • 15-20 minutes of telephone interview with a talent acquisition partner;
  • A standard one-hour initial consultation with the business manager via Microsoft Teams;
  • A one-hour technical interview with a consultant on assignment to challenge your project management skills through scenarios or exercises;
  • A final exchange with the agency manager/senior business manager to discuss the conditional offer and benefits
