Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Automotive Technician role based in Wheaton, MD and Annapolis, MD. The Automotive Technician will perform routine vehicle maintenance, including inspections, oil changes, fluid services, tire rotations, and basic adjustments. The role includes diagnosing issues, completing general automotive repairs, and working on suspension and other under-car systems in accordance with manufacturer and company standards. The technician will document work performed, communicate findings and recommendations to the service team, and help ensure vehicles are returned to customers safely and on time. Maintaining a clean, organized workspace, following safety procedures, and collaborating with service advisors and fellow technicians are key parts of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Vehicle Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair, with the ability to perform routine service and identify needed corrective work.
• Hands-on experience with Oil Changes and related under-hood, fluid, and filter services.
• Proficiency in Automotive Repair, including basic diagnostics, brake work, and general mechanical repairs.
• Knowledge of Suspension systems, including inspection, repair, and replacement of key components.
• Ability to use standard automotive tools and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ASE) or manufacturer training are preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to operate customer vehicles safely.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced shop environment.
