Role Description

This is a part-time, commission-based opportunity for a Leasing Showing Agent located on-site in Los Angeles, CA. The role entails showcasing residential rental properties to prospective tenants, assisting with lease administration, providing property information, and supporting the leasing and property management process. The agent will act as a key contact for potential tenants while delivering excellent customer service throughout the leasing process. Compensation for this role is $350 per completed lease agreement.

Qualifications

• Experience with Leases, Lease Administration, and Residential Leasing
• Familiarity with Property Management practices and processes
• Strong Customer Service skills, including effective communication and relationship-building
• Ability to work on-site and manage multiple property showings efficiently
• Bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish are a plus
• Access to reliable transportation is required
• Knowledge of local Los Angeles residential leasing market preferred
