Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Writer role based in Amravati. The Writer will create clear, engaging content for digital and print channels, including course materials, blog posts, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media copy. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting research on education and career topics, developing content outlines, writing and revising drafts, and ensuring content aligns with UNLOX®’s brand voice and learning philosophy. The Writer will collaborate closely with educators, product teams, designers, and marketing specialists to translate complex concepts into easy-to-understand, learner-centric narratives. The role also involves optimizing content for readability and SEO, incorporating feedback from stakeholders, and maintaining a consistent pipeline of high-quality, on-brand content.

Qualifications

• Strong writing and editing abilities, with experience crafting clear, concise, and engaging content for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in creating educational, instructional, or learning-focused content, preferably for online platforms or edtech products.
• Research skills to gather, verify, and synthesize information from credible sources into accurate and learner-friendly content.
• Familiarity with digital content practices, including basic SEO principles, content structuring, and web formatting.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and incorporate feedback while meeting deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, including grammar, tone, and consistency across multiple content types and channels.
• Comfort using AI tools and digital platforms to ideate, draft, or refine content in a responsible and efficient manner.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience or strong interest in education, edtech, or learner-centered design is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Amravati and adapt to a fast-paced, mission-driven environment focused on learner outcomes.
