Job Description
- Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of complex commercial agreements on both buy‑side and sell‑side transactions.
- Build and maintain scalable legal operations tools, including contract playbooks, frameworks, and approval matrices.
- Provide proactive legal advice to business teams on commercial risk, employment matters, and regulatory compliance.
- Support strategic initiatives by ensuring strong governance and risk mitigation across the organization.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Legal Executive (Temp) should have:
- LL.B/LL.M, 3-6 Years Experience
- Strong commercial contracting and contract lifecycle management skills
- Added exposure to M&A and familiarity with insurance regulatory frameworks is a plus
