Job Description
- Assist in managing corporate governance and regulatory compliance matters.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and advise internal stakeholders and negotiate with external counterparts on various commercial agreements, including third-party agreements, operations and services agreements etc
- Collaborate with the Senior Leadership and Management to develop and lead the implementation of legal strategy
- Identify and consult on legal risks in connection with any external partnerships, regulatory, cyber security, intellectual property requirements, and any other matters as needed
- Skilled in managing employee relations, negotiations, and fostering positive workplace culture
- Proficient in Intellectual Property (IP), Data Privacy, and IT Security within service industry frameworks
- Collaborate with external legal counsel on specific cases when needed.
- Support dispute resolution and litigation processes in coordination with internal teams.
- Ensure timely and efficient handling of all legal matters to mitigate risks.

- LLB + LLM degrees from reputed Law Schools and CS degree would be a bonus
- In-depth understanding of legal procedures in the financial services industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
