- Strong hands-on experience in recruitment, performance management, policy design, and HR operations.
- Proficient in HRIS/ATS systems with strong analytics and reporting capability.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi, with readiness to travel.
