Role Overview:
As an experienced HR Manager, you will be responsible for leading HR strategy, culture, and people operations in a technology and telecoms company based in Noida. Your role will involve owning high-impact HR initiatives and driving HR strategy aligned with business needs and workforce scale. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment for full-time, contractual, campus, and internship hiring.
- Build smooth onboarding, induction, and integration experiences.
- Own performance management cycles including goal setting, reviews, and feedback.
- Design and implement employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.
- Draft and implement HR policies, SOPs, and ensure statutory compliance.
- Manage employee relations, conflict management, and culture stewardship.
- Partner with leadership on capability development, succession planning, and career pathways.
- Oversee HR operations including payroll coordination, employee records, exits, and vendor management.
- Strengthen HRIS usage, digitisation, and people analytics dashboards.
- Ensure disciplined reporting, audit readiness, and cross-team alignment.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in HR/Business/Psychology, MBA preferred.
- 6-12 years of experience in strategic and operational HR.
- Strong hands-on experience in recruitment, performance management, policy design, and HR operations.
- Proficient in HRIS/ATS systems with strong analytics and reporting capability.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi, with readiness to travel.
- Bonus: Experience in political consulting, public policy, or high-scale project environments.
