HR Manager for Policy Think-Tank Firm

Role Overview:

As an experienced HR Manager, you will be responsible for leading HR strategy, culture, and people operations in a technology and telecoms company based in Noida. • Draft and implement HR policies, SOPs, and ensure statutory compliance.
• Manage employee relations, conflict management, and culture stewardship.
• Partner with leadership on capability development, succession planning, and career pathways.
• Oversee HR operations including payroll coordination, employee records, exits, and vendor management.
• Strengthen HRIS usage, digitisation, and people analytics dashboards.
• Ensure disciplined reporting, audit readiness, and cross-team alignment.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business/Psychology, MBA preferred.
• 6-12 years of experience in strategic and operational HR.
• Strong hands-on experience in recruitment, performance management, policy design, and HR operations.
• Proficient in HRIS/ATS systems with strong analytics and reporting capability.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Fluency in English and Hindi, with readiness to travel.
