Job Description

• Own high‑visibility business problems by working directly with senior stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, optimize performance, and drive measurable outcomes.
• Lead strategic analysis and decision‑making across markets, products, or functions using data‑driven insights, financial modeling, and structured problem‑solving.
• Drive end‑to‑end initiatives-from ideation to execution-partnering with cross‑functional teams across strategy, finance, operations, and leadership.
• Shape and influence leadership thinking by developing executive‑ready presentations, recommendations, and business cases for top management.
• Identify and unlock value creation opportunities through market research, competitive intelligence, and customer insights.
• Operate in a fast‑paced, high‑ownership environment where your ideas and initiatives can directly impact business direction and results.
• Build future leadership capability by continuously developing commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Chief of Staff should:

• Be a 2026 graduate from a M7 University with an interest in returning to India.
• Have prior experience in strategy, impact, investment banking, or startups.
