Insurance Sales Representative (Licensed) - Remote, Hybrid

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Licensed Insurance Sales Producer to join our growing insurance agency.

This is a 100% sales-focused position primarily handling insurance sales over the phone. We offer flexible scheduling, allowing both part-time and full-time opportunities, including weekend availability. Remote work is also available for qualified candidates.

This position is ideal for licensed professionals who are confident in sales, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a performance-based environment.

Key Responsibilities / Duties

• Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to prospective clients
• Generate insurance quotes and convert prospects into new policies
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage
• Follow up consistently with leads and prospects
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service
• Meet or exceed sales production goals
• Accurately document client interactions in agency systems
• Work independently while maintaining communication with the agency team

Required Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License (Required)
• Strong phone sales and closing skills
• Comfortable working in a 100% commission / sales-driven environment
• Self-motivated with strong time-management skills
• Ability to work independently (remote work eligible)
• Professional communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working at an insurance agency
• Prior insurance sales or call-based sales experience
• Bilingual candidates are a plus
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License
