We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Licensed Insurance Sales Producer to join our growing insurance agency.
This is a 100% sales-focused position primarily handling insurance sales over the phone. We offer flexible scheduling, allowing both part-time and full-time opportunities, including weekend availability. Remote work is also available for qualified candidates.
This position is ideal for licensed professionals who are confident in sales, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a performance-based environment.
Key Responsibilities / Duties
- Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to prospective clients
- Generate insurance quotes and convert prospects into new policies
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage
- Follow up consistently with leads and prospects
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service
- Meet or exceed sales production goals
- Accurately document client interactions in agency systems
- Work independently while maintaining communication with the agency team
Required Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License (Required)
- Strong phone sales and closing skills
- Comfortable working in a 100% commission / sales-driven environment
- Self-motivated with strong time-management skills
- Ability to work independently (remote work eligible)
- Professional communication and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working at an insurance agency
- Prior insurance sales or call-based sales experience
- Bilingual candidates are a plus
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License
