We are Micdrop! Advertising, a creative marketing agency that refuses to make boring content. We don’t do "corporate speak," and we definitely don’t do basic grids. We’re looking for a Social Media Intern who lives and breathes internet culture, speaks fluent CapCut, and knows how to stop a scroll.

The Vibe Check (What you’ll actually do):

• Trend Forecasting: Spotting an audio trend/meme format on Reels at 9 AM and turning it into a client strategy by 12 PM before it becomes "cringe."
• Content Ideation & Creation: Brainstorming witty scripts, aesthetic hooks, and high-engagement carousels. You’ll be helping us pitch ideas that make clients say, "Wait, can we actually post this?" (Yes. Yes, we can).
• Community Engagement: Ghostwriting in the comments section. We need someone who can reply to followers with the wit of a Wendy’s Twitter account, not a robot.
• On-Camera/Behind-The-Camera Energy: Whether it's directing a chaotic office POV or occasionally being the face of a transition video, you’re down to create.
• Analytics (But make it interesting): Looking at the metrics to see what went viral and why, so we can do it again.

• You actually understand LinkedIn culture but secretly want to make it less stuffy.
