Job Summary
We are looking for a performance-driven Senior Social Media Executive to manage healthcare client campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. This hands-on role focuses on lead generation, engagement, and brand authority through paid ads and organic content.
Key Responsibilities:
● Manage social media platforms and ensure brand consistency.
● Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads & YouTube Ads for high-quality patient leads.
● Develop monthly content calendars and track competitor trends.
● Identify high-intent healthcare topics and coordinate content creation.
● Monitor KPIs (Leads, CPL, Engagement, Reach) and share performance reports.
Required Skills
● Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager & YouTube Ads, and Meta Pixel.
● Hands-on experience in lead generation and A/B testing.
● Good knowledge of AI.
● Strong analytical and communication skills in English (verbal and written).
● Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and lead generation funnels.
Education
● Graduate in Marketing/Digital Marketing/Communications.
● Digital Marketing/Meta Ads certification preferred.
● Proven experience in lead generation campaigns.
Salary (CTC): ₹3 LPA – ₹3.6LPA
