Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Professor of Nursing for an on-site role based in Delhi-NCR or UP. The responsibilities include teaching undergraduate and graduate nursing courses, developing and updating curricula, mentoring students, and participating in academic research and program development. The role requires collaboration with faculty and staff to promote a high standard of nursing education and the implementation of best practices in teaching and learning. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping future nursing professionals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Nursing and Nursing Education to effectively teach and mentor students.
• Proficiency in Curriculum Development to design and update academic programs.
• Specialized knowledge in Pediatrics and Medicine to deliver specialized course content and clinical guidance.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
• A doctoral degree in Nursing or a related field is preferred; a Master's degree in Nursing is required.
• Demonstrated teaching experience in a higher education setting is highly desirable.
