Land Development PM

Land Development Project Manager | Edmonton, AB

I’m currently partnering with a well-established real estate developer in Edmonton looking to add a Project Manager – Land Development to their growing team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with land development or civil engineering experience who wants to take on more ownership across projects and grow within a highly active development platform.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage land development projects from planning and approvals through construction and delivery
• Coordinate with civil engineers, planners, municipalities, and other key consultants
• Support budgeting, financial tracking, and project reporting
• Oversee permitting, approvals, and regulatory compliance
• Manage bidding processes, contractor relationships, and vendor coordination
• Track project schedules, milestones, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery

What they’re looking for:

• ~3+ years of land development or related project experience
• Background in civil engineering, construction management, planning, or similar field
• Ability to read engineering plans and navigate municipal approval processes
• Strong coordination skills working with consultants and stakeholders
