ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Head of Business Development to build and lead Meshy's strategic brand and ecosystem partnerships. In this role, you'll forge alliances with leading brands, platforms, and IP holders, positioning Meshy at the center of the 3D ecosystem and expanding our reach into new audiences and industries. You'll set partnership strategy, personally drive marquee deals to close, and build the team and operating rhythm to scale the function. You'll think and operate globally.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Set Partnership Strategy: Define and drive Meshy's partnership approach—deciding which partners and collaborations create the most value and building a strong, credible presence in the spaces that matter.
  • Land Marquee Partnerships: Identify, pitch, and close collaborations with category-leading brands, platforms, and IP holders. Structure creative, win-win partnership models—co-branded experiences, IP collaborations, product integrations, and cross-industry alliances—that elevate both sides.
  • Drive Joint Go-to-Market: Orchestrate high-impact co-marketing initiatives with partners—launches, campaigns, and cross-promotions that amplify both brands and introduce Meshy to new audiences.
  • Build Brand Mindshare and Momentum: Grow Meshy's reach and standing across industries, balancing long-term brand positioning with tangible business impact.
  • Lead and Scale the Function: Develop the BD playbook, pipeline, and operating rhythm, and recruit and lead a growing team as the partnership engine scales.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Senior Partnerships Leadership: 7+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, or brand/IP collaborations, including experience owning a partnerships function or leading high-profile deals end to end.
  • Marquee Deal Track Record: A proven history of landing and growing partnerships with well-known brands or IP across one or more consumer industries.
  • Network & Instinct: Existing relationships with brand and IP decision-makers, plus a sharp eye for where collaboration can create outsized value.
  • Strategist + Operator: Able to set high-level strategy and personally drive deals to close—equally comfortable in the boardroom and in the details.
  • Brand-Led Mindset: Comfortable balancing brand impact, partner quality, and commercial value, with the judgment to know which to prioritize when.
  • Global Perspective: A global mindset with experience building brand partnerships across major markets.
