Position: Health Operations Expert

Type:Contract

Compensation:$30–$65/hour

Location:Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Design realistic, end-to-end healthcare workflows that challenge today's best models.
• Grade agent performance in scenarios across revenue cycle and claims, healthcare administration, and clinical documentation support.
• Build scenarios in areas like claims submission, denial appeals, medical coding in ICD-10 and CPT, and patient communications.
• Develop challenging scenarios requiring long sessions of focus.
• Work independently and asynchronously to improve AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 3+ years in healthcare operations, revenue cycle management, or medical billing and coding.
• Working fluency in at least two of: ICD-10 / CPT coding, claims workflows, EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Athena), or HIPAA compliance.
• Comfortable with healthcare artifacts like claim forms and coded charts.
• Clear written communication; articulate reasoning and decisions step by step.

Preferred

• CPC, CCS, or equivalent certification.
