Qualification: B.Com / PGDM / MBA

Job Overview:

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and payroll operations. This dual-role position requires a professional who can efficiently handle hiring processes while ensuring accurate and compliant payroll management.

The ideal candidate will contribute to building strong talent pipelines, improving hiring efficiency, and ensuring seamless payroll execution through ERP systems. This role plays a critical part in aligning workforce capabilities with organizational goals while maintaining operational accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define candidate profiles.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies using platforms like LinkedIn and job portals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
