Manager -Field Investigation

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Field Investigation (FI) to manage end-to-end field investigation operations and banking coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complete coordination with banks for FI assignments and case updates
• Plan, allocate, and monitor field investigation activities
• Supervise and control back office and field investigation staff
• Ensure timely completion of cases within defined TATs
• Maintain quality and accuracy of FI reports
• Manage billing including timely raising and collection of invoices
• Recruit, train, and replace back office and field staff as required
• Track team performance and ensure operational efficiency

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Field Investigation / Banking / NBFC operations
• Strong team handling, coordination, and communication skills
