Our mission remains steadfast: to make psychotherapy accessible to all men. As Canada’s first psychotherapy centre dedicated specifically to men’s mental health, we are looking for passionate professionals to help us lead this national expansion.

The Role

We are currently seeking a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) who is eager to contribute to our mission. This is a unique opportunity to join a pioneering team during a period of high growth and to provide specialized support within a framework designed specifically for the male experience.

Qualifications

To ensure the highest standard of care for our clients, candidates must possess:

• CSAT Certification: Must be in good standing with the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals (IITAP).
• Professional Registration: Must be a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) or a Registered Social Worker (RSW) licensed to practice in your province.
• Clinical Alignment: A deep understanding of men’s mental health and the specific nuances of treating sexual addiction within this demographic.

Position Requirements

• Commitment: Provide a minimum of 15 hours per week of available client work.
• Environment: Proficiency in delivering high-quality virtual care (as we serve a national audience).
• Collaborative Spirit: A desire to participate in a team-based environment that values clinical excellence and the "Men Therapy" legacy.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance, Permanent, Fixed term contract

Pay: $100.00-$135.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
