We are currently looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join our NV Operations team. Be a part of leading a comprehensive portfolio of proven, powerful NV technologies, setting the highest standards of integrity and reliability. Remote working arrangements for top talent will be considered.
A Day in the Life
As a Supply Chain Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making to support Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and inventory performance tracking. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure data alignment, process consistency, and actionable insights for leadership.
- Data Analysis & Reporting : Collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing data from multiple systems to support IBP, PLM, and inventory performance tracking. You will generate actionable insights and recommendations for leadership.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partnering with supply chain, product lifecycle, finance, and regional teams to ensure data alignment, process consistency, and timely resolution of issues.
- Documentation & Communication : Maintaining clear documentation of processes, changes, and project progress. Preparing summaries, dashboards, and presentations for the Sr. Director IBP & PLM and key business stakeholders.
- Process Optimization : Identifying areas for process improvement and collaborating with teams to implement best practices.
- Analytics Tools Utilization : Leveraging tools such as Power BI and SAP to create visualizations and generate insights that support effective decision-making.
You will also contribute to Medtronic’s mission by ensuring high levels of accuracy, collaboration, and innovation in your work.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet these minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Marketing, Demand Planning, Finance, Sourcing, or Operations (or an advanced degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience).
- Strong understanding of analytics, Power BI, and SAP.
Nice to Have
While not required, the following skills and experiences are highly preferred:
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI and SAP for data analysis and visualization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams to align on goals and resolve issues.
