Loan Officer - Internship

About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Make outbound calls to borrowers for recovery of overdue loan payments.

2. Manage assigned commercial vehicle loan accounts and ensure timely follow-ups.

3. Update call logs, borrower interactions, and collection outcomes accurately in the App.

4. Track repayment progress and maintain regular communication with borrowers.

5. Work towards achieving individual and team collection targets.

6. Coordinate with internal teams for escalations, resolutions, and account updates.

7. Adhere to all process guidelines, compliance requirements, and audit standards.

8. Negotiate repayment terms and assist in restructuring overdue accounts when required.

9. Ensure accurate documentation and timely closure of cases with proper disposition.
