Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Project Manager – Validation & Qualification to join our team at our Hyderabad location. This role involves overseeing and managing all aspects of validation and qualification projects, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal standards. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning and executing validation protocols, coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring timelines and deliverables, and resolving issues to ensure smooth project execution. Tasks will also include preparing documentation, conducting risk assessments, and providing status updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Validation and Qualification processes, including equipment qualification, process validation, and cleaning validation.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards such as cGMP, FDA guidelines, and ISO standards.
• Project management skills, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective documentation and stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating across departments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or validation are a plus.
