Clinical Pharmacist

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Clinical Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, effective, and rational use of medications while working closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness
• Monitor patient drug therapy and provide clinical interventions when required
• Advise healthcare professionals on drug selection, dosage, interactions, and side effects
• Participate in patient counseling and medication education
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
• Maintain proper documentation of clinical activities
• Assist in antimicrobial stewardship and medication safety programs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharm.D)
• Valid pharmacy registration
• Minimum [X] years of experience in a hospital/clinical setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of pharmacology and clinical practices
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,685.29 - ₹27,227.10 per month
