Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) Creative Lead Gen: Develop and execute "out-of-the-box" marketing campaigns designed specifically to capture qualified leads. Trust Architecture: Design communication strategies that build authority and make prospects believe in the value of our programs. Authentic Content: Move beyond generic marketing; create genuine, relatable narratives that resonate with the audience’s career goals. Strategic Ideation: Continuously brainstorm and test new channels and creative formats to stay ahead of the competition. Candidate Requirements Creative Brain (Mandatory): You must be able to prove you can think differently. We aren't looking for a template-user; we need an original thinker. Psychology of Trust: Deep understanding of consumer behavior—knowing exactly what makes a person click "Apply" and trust a brand.
