Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an AR Caller in the U.S. healthcare domain, located in Nagpur. The AR Caller will be responsible for managing accounts receivables, communicating with insurance companies to resolve claims, handling revenue cycle processes, tracking outstanding payments, and following up on denials. The role will involve ensuring compliance with applicable healthcare regulations and contributing to financial performance goals.

Experience Required: 1-2 years

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Accounts Receivable, Payment Posting, and Denial Management
• Ability to effectively handle communication with insurance companies and patients
• Sound understanding of U.S. healthcare billing processes, terminologies, and regulations
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills to meet deadlines
• Experience with medical billing software and proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in AR Calling/Medical Billing is a plus
