Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

The Therapeutic Sales Specialist is responsible for driving the growth and adoption of promoted products is their territory. This role involves building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, delivering clinically relevant product information, and executing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed territory objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve sales targets and market growth
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including neurologists, psychiatrists, high prescribing general practitioners, and allied healthcare professionals.
• Deliver accurate, compliant, and impactful product presentations aligned with clinical data and patient outcomes.
• Identify and act on business opportunities
• Analyze territory performance, customer insights, and market trends to inform strategy
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, medical, and market access teams
• Maintain a high level of product, disease state, and competitive knowledge
• Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations and company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree. Prefferred in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience (pharmaceutical or healthcare sales preferred)
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory

Benefits

Salary range: $110,000.00 - $138,000.00 per year
