Position Summary:
Under the direction of the immediate supervisor, the Intramural Attendant is expected to help ensure that all intramural programs run smoothly and efficiently.

Primary Responsibilties:

Assist with daily operations and promotion of programs, events and activities.
Ensure equipment inventory and quality control is consistently maintained.
Assist with updating the league management platform website.
Document and report any incidents or accidents during shifts to supervisor(s) and contact security services for major incidents or issues.
Gather and document (data entry) of intramural sports data.

Other Qualifying Skills and Qualifications:

Solid knowledge of sports, athletics, intramural sports an asset.
Ability to learn quickly and multitask.
Well organized with attention to detail.
