McGill Environmental Systems is hiring a Plant/General Laborer for our facility in Waverly, VA.
Schedule
This role operates on a rotating 4/2/3/2 schedule with 12-hour overnight shifts:
- Shift Hours: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
How the Rotation Works
- Work 4 consecutive days, followed by 2 days off
- Then work 3 consecutive days, followed by 2 days off
- The rotation then repeats

The Role
As a Plant/General Laborer at McGill, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily operations and keeping the site clean, safe, and running efficiently.

- Work in an outdoor industrial environment

Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in general labor, warehouse, industrial, or outdoor work preferred
- Ability to perform physical, hands-on work throughout the shift
- Flexibility to work any shift, including rotating schedules
- 7-day availability (including weekends as needed)
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Comfortable working around dust, dirt, mud, noise, and odors
- Basic understanding of workplace safety practices
- Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
