Role Description

We are seeking Lead Generator's for a full-time/part-time, on-site position located in Costco stores located Glen Burnie, Arundel Mills, Owings Mills, White Marsh and Beltsville, MD. In this role, you will interact with potential customers to generate leads and schedule appointments for HVAC services. Responsibilities include engaging with customers, gathering their information, answering basic inquiries about services, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. You will report directly to the sales manager and work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences and achieve lead generation goals. Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with potential clients effectively
• Ability to build rapport quickly and manage conversations professionally
• Customer service, or telemarketing experience is desirable
• Basic knowledge of HVAC services is a plus but not required; training will be provided
• Organizational skills to accurately record and track customer information
• Create a warm handoff between member and customer service team
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet lead generation targets
