Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Associate, located in Uttarakhand, India. The Legal Associate will handle legal document preparation, analyze and interpret legal issues, provide support in case research, and ensure accuracy in all legal documentation. Responsibilities also include offering legal advice, preparing contracts, managing case documentation, and assisting senior attorneys as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Law and a strong understanding of various legal systems and frameworks
• Experience in Legal Document Preparation and handling case-related documentation
• Sharp Analytical Skills for research, interpreting statutes, and solving legal issues
• Strong Communication skills, including clear and effective written and verbal communication
• Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in an on-site, collaborative environment
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or a related field; an advanced degree such as LLM is a plus
• Relevant experience in a similar legal capacity is preferred but not mandatory
