Key ResponsibilitiesCooking Duties
- Prepare breakfast, lunch, tea/snacks, and other meals as required.
- Ensure food is cooked hygienically and served on time.
- Plan and manage kitchen supplies, groceries, and inventory.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining area.
- Store food items properly and follow food safety standards.
- Wash and maintain cooking utensils and kitchen equipment.
Office Support Duties
- Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Maintain cleanliness of office premises, pantry, and common areas.
- Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and document distribution.
- Assist with purchasing office supplies and pantry items.
- Run local errands, including bank visits, courier dispatches, and material collection if required.
- Support administrative staff with routine office tasks.
- Ensure meeting rooms and office facilities are well-maintained.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Cook, Office Boy, or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of basic Indian cooking and food hygiene practices.
- Ability to multitask and manage both kitchen and office responsibilities efficiently.
- Honest, punctual, and well-disciplined.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and willing to perform housekeeping and support duties.
