Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional based in Mumbai (Thane office). The selected candidate will play a key role in strengthening the company’s financial planning, reporting, and strategic finance functions while supporting the management team in driving sustainable growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and managing MIS reports and financial dashboards for management review
• Developing and maintaining cash flow statements and working capital analysis
• Tracking and monitoring financial performance in line with accounting standards and compliance requirements
• Conducting financial analysis, variance analysis, and profitability assessments across business segments
• Understanding product margins, pricing structures, and business models, while providing actionable insights to improve profitability
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning activities
• Managing debt schedules and working closely with management on actionable strategies for debt reduction and financial optimization
• Assisting in creating investor-ready financial statements, reports, and presentations
• Supporting due diligence processes, financial restructuring, fundraising discussions, and valuation exercises
• Building financial models and strategic business projections to support expansion initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

• CA qualification is mandatory
• 1-3 years experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Strategic Finance, or related financial functions is preferred
• Strong proficiency in financial analysis, financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
• Experience in preparing MIS reports, cash flow management, and financial reporting
• Strong understanding of accounting standards and financial controls
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial tools/software
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
• Experience in the healthcare, medical devices, or manufacturing industry will be an added advantage
• CFA or additional finance certifications would be beneficial
