Project Manager (Strategic Initiatives - PMO)

As a Project Manager at Matrix Business Services, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives, cross-functional projects, and business priorities. Reporting to the Head of EBGC, you will be responsible for translating strategy into actionable plans and ensuring their successful execution. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Execution
• Collaborate with leadership to translate strategy into actionable plans
• Drive execution of high-impact, cross-functional projects
• Track progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery
• Stakeholder Management
• Coordinate across teams (Operations, Sales, Product, Finance, etc.)
• Act as a central point of communication between leadership and teams
• Ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables
• Program & Project Management
• Define project scope, timelines, and success metrics
• Build and manage project trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports
• Ensure structured execution with strong follow-ups
• Problem Solving & Analysis
• Identify bottlenecks and drive resolution
• Use data to support decision-making and prioritization
• Bring a structured, analytical approach to ambiguous problems
• Leadership Support
• Assist leadership in business reviews, planning, and decision-making
• Prepare presentations, insights, and reports for internal discussions
• Drive special projects and strategic initiatives

Qualifications required for this role include:

• 2-4 years of experience in consulting, startups, operations, or project management roles
• MBA from Tier 1 / Tier 2 institutes preferred
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to drive execution independently
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly structured thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
