Job Summary

Masters Preci Tools Pvt. Ltd. (MPT) is seeking an experienced and performance-driven Production Engineer to oversee and optimize manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production, maintain quality standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan, coordinate, and control production processes to meet daily and monthly targets

· Monitor machine performance and ensure maximum utilization of resources

· Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce wastage

· Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and company policies

· Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments for smooth operations

· Analyze production data and prepare MIS reports for management review

· Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions

· Supervise shop floor activities and manage manpower effectively

· Ensure timely delivery of orders as per customer requirements

Required Skills & Competencies

· Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production planning

· Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

· Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / 5S / Kaizen is an added advantage

· Good problem-solving and analytical skills

· Strong leadership and team management abilities

· Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems

Qualifications

· B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

· 3-5 years of experience in a Machine manufacturing setup.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
