• Develop and expand the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés/Catering) business across Delhi NCR region.
• Identify and onboard new distributors, institutional clients, restaurants, cafés, hotels, and catering partners.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as per company objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers in the HORECA segment.
• Conduct regular market visits to generate new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
• Ensure product placement, visibility, and availability at client locations.
• Coordinate with distributors and internal teams for smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, and promotional activities with clients.
• Monitor outstanding payments and ensure timely collection from customers.
• Prepare sales forecasts, market reports, and business development plans for management review.
• Organize product sampling, demonstrations, and promotional activities to increase brand awareness.
• Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies to drive business growth.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client meetings, and pipeline status in CRM/reporting systems.
• Train distributor sales teams and support them in achieving business targets.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and prompt resolution of client concerns.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
