As a seasoned TA Leader with deep roots in Finance & Accounting (F&A), your role at our prestigious Client Accounting Services Center of Excellence (COE) will involve partnering with a global professional services powerhouse to source elite F&A talent for high-impact client engagements. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading full-cycle recruitment for F&A professionals, from sourcing and screening to offer closure.
• Leveraging market insights to build talent pipelines in the competitive F&A niche.
• Collaborating with global stakeholders to align hires with COE growth strategies.
• Driving diversity and quality in hires while optimizing time-to-fill for urgent needs.

To excel in this role, we are looking for someone with:

• 12 years of experience in end-to-end F&A recruitment, preferably from reputed global GCCs or large BPOs.
• F&A domain expertise to effectively communicate with candidates.
• Expertise in conducting screening tests, filtering procedures, and personally interviewing and selecting candidates.
• Outstanding track record in niche F&A hiring, with strong networks and proficiency in ATS.
• Excellent leadership presence and communication skills.
• Bachelor's/PG degree; certification in recruitment (e.g., RChFP) is a plus.
