Mental Health Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mental Health Specialist based in Pune. The Mental Health Specialist will provide mental health care, conduct psychological assessments, offer crisis intervention, and participate in case management. They will also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient well-being while ensuring consistent and personalized care for patients facing mental health challenges.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Mental Health Care and Psychology
• Proficiency in Case Management techniques and processes
• Experience in Mental Health support and Crisis Intervention
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• Licensure or certification in a relevant mental health discipline is preferred
• Prior experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is advantageous
