Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly at the front deck, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling and sales processing
• Take beverage orders from customers, prepare drinks efficiently, and serve responsibly in accordance with food safety standards
• Manage cash register transactions with precision, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front deck area, bar station, and serving spaces
• Assist with food service duties when needed, including food safety compliance and proper food handling procedures
• Support night club or banquet event operations by serving beverages and ensuring guest satisfaction

Skills

• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for smooth sales transactions
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
• Experience in food industry settings such as fine dining, catering, or retail math applications
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
• Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while multitasking between serving, cashiering, and front deck duties
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and assist guests promptly
• Previous experience in hospitality roles like bartending or nightclub service is preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate
