Role Description

We are seeking a full-time HR Payroll Executive to join our team at our Navi Mumbai office. The role involves overseeing payroll processing, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining accurate employee records. Key responsibilities include handling HR operations, addressing employee queries, managing employee relations, and assisting in the implementation of HR policies. The role requires working collaboratively with other departments and aligning payroll functions with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• 1 + years of Experience in end to end payroll management and salary processing
• Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office applications
• Proficiency in Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
• Knowledge of core Human Resources (HR) practices and processes
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on-site and handle sensitive employee data with confidentiality
• Educational background in Human Resource Management or a related field
• Prior experience in payroll processing is advantageous
