Manage payroll processing and HR support as an HR & Payroll Specialist. Ensure compliance and efficiency in payroll services and employee interactions for corporate stores and the Support Centre.
This role focuses on delivering comprehensive HR and payroll solutions. You will coordinate daily payroll activities, process onboarding, manage employee benefits, and handle compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Your expertise will enhance the employee experience and maintain organizational standards through effective HR management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily payroll processing and reports

Requirements
- 3+ years payroll experience, preferably with ADP
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources
- Strong knowledge of Canadian employment laws
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems
