Job Overview: Are you passionate about helping others and building lasting relationships? As a Customer Support Specialist at Marvin, you will be the trusted expert for our dealers and customers seeking assistance. You will guide users through product inquiries, warranty issues, and navigation of our systems, all while providing a seamless and empathetic experience. Highlights of Your Role:
- Be the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate support.
- Educate dealer partners on Marvin's Order Management software, products, and warranty processes through virtual or in-person training.
- Manage customer interactions from start to resolution, providing solutions aligned with Marvin's policies and service standards.
- Assist in onboarding new dealers and partners, facilitating account setup and initial training.
You’re a Good Fit If You Have:
- 2+ years in a customer-facing role.
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce to handle customer interactions.
- A proven record of resolving customer issues while maintaining strong relationships.
- Strong team collaboration skills.
- An ability to mentor others and share expertise across teams.
Additional Qualifications:
- Familiarity with building materials, construction, or manufacturing industries.
- Ability to learn Marvin's systems and apply your product knowledge to customer solutions.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- An associate degree or higher is preferred, or equivalent experience.
