  • Financial Oversight: Achieve service revenue goals, monitor labor/parts costs, and track profitability metrics (e.g., Average Repair Order).
  • Process Improvement: Develop loyalty initiatives, manage CRM systems, and enforce compliance with warranty and policy procedures.
  • Experience: 3–7 years in automotive service operations, with proven success in a customer-facing or supervisory role.
