Ottawa Senior Engineer for Engineering Projects

Marshall Land Systems is looking for a Senior Project Engineer in Ottawa, ON, to manage engineering projects and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of engineering projects while ensuring that all deliverables align with organizational goals and contractual obligations. You will oversee project engineering leadership, serve as a Technical Authority, and manage stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Effective communication will be key in assuring clarity of scope and adherence to best practices in Systems Engineering. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project management and oversee design lifecycle
• Develop and maintain effective Systems Engineering Management Plans
• Ensure products meet safety and compliance standards
• Prepare and present technical documentation for stakeholders
• Manage project changes and track progress against budget Requirements:
• Engineering degree from an accredited institution
• 8+ years of relevant engineering experience
• Professional Engineer designation preferred
• Strong project management and interpersonal skills
