Senior Project Engineer in Ottawa

Marshall Land Systems seeks a Senior Project Engineer for a fixed term in Ottawa, ON. Lead engineering projects, ensure compliance, and deliver innovative solutions within budget and schedule. This key role oversees engineering project management, requiring expertise in developing Systems Engineering Management Plans (SEMPs).

Accountable for delivering safe and compliant products, you will provide engineering leadership while managing customer interactions and technical specifications. The position entails collaboration with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure project success. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage engineering projects and oversee design reviews
• Develop and implement Systems Engineering Management Plans
• Ensure compliance with organizational and contractual requirements
• Lead customer and subcontractor communications
• Approve technical documentation and manage project scope Requirements:
• Applicable engineering degree or equivalent experience
• 8+ years in project engineering; defense experience preferred
• Professional Engineer designation or eligibility
