Senior Manager - Project Manager - Us Healthcare

As a Senior Manager - Project Manager in Mercer's Noida office, you will be responsible for driving projects from inception to successful completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work with internal and external clients to manage projects of all sizes, utilizing your organizational skills throughout the project life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and manage projects end-to-end, delivering business outcomes on time and within budget
• Supervise and lead project teams, delegating tasks as needed
• Establish and maintain an appropriate project governance structure
• Lead activities related to project scope definition, risk management, and quality assurance
• Ensure project cost and scheduled activities are continuously monitored and managed effectively
• Work cross-functionally to meet project milestones and secure necessary resources
• Conduct team planning meetings, provide project progress reports, and liaise with stakeholders

Qualifications Required:

• Graduate in Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, or Economics with 2-5 years of experience in project management
• Project management certification
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge in MS Excel and proficiency with MS PowerPoint
• Strong experience in project process and task requirements
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Understanding and experience with PMI project management process
