Description

Carries out training and curriculum implementation programs and projects and collects and organizes various performance data metrics.

Provides guidance on all aspects of the training execution process including coordination and delivery of customized programs.

Develops and leads a team of internal Quality Assurance leaders and a broader team of specialists and analysts to drive the internal quality purpose.

Communicates feedback regarding training initiatives to internal managers and leaders to add insight and experiences to process improvement and best-practice cultivation efforts

Maintains an external awareness of the Quality Assurance and training field and begins to join professional organizations.

Assists with process documentation and performance tracking for the business and Quality Assurance function.

Contributes to special projects for compliance or business process improvement efforts as appropriate.
