Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Psychologist & Mental Health Therapist to provide comprehensive mental health services, psychological assessments, counseling, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and wellness support for individuals, groups, educational institutions, and corporate clients. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in evidence-based therapeutic approaches and demonstrate exceptional clinical judgment, empathy, and ethical practice.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Assessment & Diagnosis

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations.
  • Administer and interpret psychometric and psychological tests.
  • Identify emotional, behavioral, cognitive, and mental health concerns.
  • Develop individualized treatment and intervention plans.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and case records.

Counseling & Psychotherapy

  • Provide individual, family, couple, and group counseling sessions.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapies including:
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Solution-Focused Therapy
  • Trauma-Informed Therapy
  • Mindfulness-Based Interventions
  • Support clients dealing with:
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Stress Management
  • Burnout
  • Relationship Issues
  • Trauma and PTSD
  • Grief and Loss
  • Emotional Regulation Challenges

Mental Health Programs

  • Design and implement mental health and wellness programs.
  • Develop preventive mental health initiatives.
  • Conduct awareness campaigns and psychoeducation sessions.
  • Create intervention strategies for high-risk individuals.

Crisis Intervention

  • Provide immediate support during psychological crises.
  • Conduct suicide risk assessments.
  • Develop safety plans and emergency intervention protocols.
  • Coordinate referrals to psychiatrists and healthcare professionals when necessary.

Corporate & Institutional Support

  • Conduct Employee Assistance Program (EAP) sessions.
  • Support workplace mental wellness initiatives.
  • Deliver stress management, resilience, and leadership workshops.
  • Collaborate with HR teams on employee wellbeing strategies.

Student & Youth Mental Health Support

  • Support academic institutions with counseling services.
  • Address academic stress, career concerns, and emotional wellbeing.
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and developmental evaluations.
  • Work closely with parents, teachers, and educational administrators.

Research & Development

  • Stay updated with emerging psychological research and therapeutic practices.
  • Participate in clinical supervision and peer reviews.
  • Develop assessment tools and intervention frameworks.
  • Contribute to mental health research and publications.

Ethical & Professional Practice

  • Adhere to all ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant mental health regulations.
  • Ensure professional and culturally sensitive care delivery.
  • Uphold client privacy and data protection standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's Degree or Ph.D. in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or related field.
  • Valid professional license/certification to practice psychology or counseling (where applicable).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in psychological counseling, psychotherapy, or mental health practice.
  • Strong understanding of psychological assessments and diagnostic frameworks.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and age groups.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
