The role being offered is a full-time, non-management position within the Rooms and Guest Services Operations department at The Ritz-Carlton Tysons Corner. This position is specifically tailored to individuals seeking to engage with guests directly, enhancing their experience by activating various services offered within the lobby area, such as the restaurant and bar, front desk, business center, and lounge. The primary focus is on exceptional guest interaction and satisfaction, responding promptly to their requests and special needs, and ensuring these are addressed by directing them to the appropriate providers.
