Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Dimension Hospitality. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

The Role
As Chef de Cuisine, you contribute to the daily leadership of the culinary department. You support menu execution, culinary operations, staff training, food quality, safety, and overall productivity. You help create memorable dining experiences while maintaining professional kitchen standards.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead culinary operations
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation standards
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and portion control
- Create and design restaurant menu
- Oversee safety, sanitation, and cleanliness of all kitchen areas
- Manages food cost, purchasing and vendors
- Collaborate with General Manager on strategy and profitability
- Train, coach, and develop culinary team
- Previous culinary leadership experience required
- Strong cooking, preparation, and kitchen management skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and support a diverse team
- Organized, dependable, and committed to excellence
- Solid understanding of food safety, sanitation, and cost control
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
